As a result of remedial crack repairs that Seismic were conducting, other alternatives were required for larger, more substantial damage. Working with Engineers, Seismic have performed several large sectional ring foundation replacements, as well as foundation underpinning and over pinning.

Ring foundation replacement

Working with Engineers plans, Seismic can do it all from removing cladding,lifting internal flooring systems and the break out, steel and pour new foundations.

Jack and pack

While in the process of ring foundation repair and a project on its own, another common repair method Seismic routinely conduct is the subtle lifting of a house in order to add height to the existing piles in a method known as jack and pack.
